Copyright and Licensing

The Journal of Big Data Privacy Management (JBDPM) respects the intellectual property rights of its authors. All authors retain full copyright ownership of their published work.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors grant JBDPM a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and preserve their articles in both electronic and printed formats. This agreement enables the journal to disseminate research globally while allowing authors to maintain full control over their work.

Authors are permitted to:

  • Reuse their articles in future academic and professional publications

  • Share published work on personal, institutional, and scholarly platforms

  • Deposit articles in institutional and subject-based repositories

  • Use their work for teaching, training, and research purposes

All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License, which allows others to copy, adapt, and redistribute the work, provided proper credit is given to the original authors and JBDPM.

Any third-party use of journal content must comply with the license terms and must not misrepresent the original authorship or content.

This policy safeguards author rights, promotes academic freedom, and ensures ethical and responsible dissemination of research on data privacy and governance.
